- Failed upstands and edge trims
- Blocked outlets

- Standing water after rain
- Bubbles or cracks in the covering
- Ceiling stains below the flat roof

- Patch repairs for isolated damage
- Re-covering in GRP or EPDM
- Improving falls and drainage

Repeated leaks usually mean the covering has reached the end of its life — book an inspection.
