We check the covering, ridges and hips, chimneys and flashing, valleys, gutters, fascias and any flat-roof sections — safely, using appropriate access.
Inside
Where accessible, we look in the loft for daylight, damp, underlay condition, timber condition and ventilation.
Afterwards
You get a clear explanation of what we found, with photographs, and a written quote for any work that's actually needed. If nothing needs doing, we'll tell you.
